Global Warming Fact or Fiction

I’ve traveled across many galaxies.
I’ve seen stars glow bright
And others go dim.
It’s also been my experience,
That a sun burns hotter,
Before it burns out.
I’ve even seen frozen planets
Swallowed whole,
By the very same darkened hole.

Can YOU Fix Climate Change?

Op-Ed: As a concerned citizen, I have been following the global warming debate for quite some time now, and I have come to a startling realization. The corporations and their government sympathizers who are vehemently denying the existence of global warming are actually using it as a smoke screen to divert attention away from the real issue at hand—that our air quality is steadily deteriorating due to man-made pollutants.

It is alarming to see how they are framing global warming as fake news or alternative facts in order to kill two birds with one stone—both global warming and pollution. They are banking on the fact that the global warming alarmists, politicians, and concerned citizens will eventually tire of debating a no-win proposition. And for those of us who remain emotionally invested in the discussion, they are pushing us to become militant in our efforts to combat global warming.

According to the World Health Organization, air pollution is responsible for 7 million premature deaths each year. This is a staggering statistic that cannot be ignored. By focusing all of our energy on debating the validity of global warming, we are neglecting to address the root cause of the rising atmospheric temperatures—pollution.

It is clear that corporations have a vested interest in perpetuating the global warming debate. By keeping us preoccupied with this endless argument, they are able to continue polluting our country without facing any real consequences from the regulations of the EPA’s Clean Water and Air Act.

But the truth of the matter is, while we are arguing over whether or not global warming is real, we are ignoring the very real and pressing issue of air pollution. The rise in atmospheric temperatures may be up for debate, but the fact that our skies are filled with smog and our air is thick with pollutants is indisputable.

Instead of wasting our time and energy on a global warming problem that we may never be able to solve, we should be focusing on improving our national air quality and protecting our communities from the harmful effects of man-made pollutants. We need to hold corporations accountable for their role in polluting our air and push for stricter regulations to ensure that our environment is clean and safe for generations to come.

We cannot allow green corporations to continue to manipulate us into believing that global warming is the primary concern. The real enemy is not global warming, but rather the pollution that is making our air un-breathable and our skies hazy. The time for debate is over—it is time for action. Let us not be swayed by misinformation and distractions, but remain steadfast in our commitment to protecting our planet and our communities.

Will America’s disregard for science be the end of its reign?

“As for you, my flock, this is what the Sovereign Lord says: ‘I will judge between one sheep and another, and between rams and goats. Is it not enough for you to feed on the good pasture? Must you also trample the rest of your pasture with your feet? Is it not enough for you to drink clear water? Must you also muddy the rest with your feet? Must my flock feed on what you have trampled and drink what you have muddied with your feet?’” Bible, Ezekiel 34:17-19

The earth turns gaunt and gray,
the world silent and sad,
sky and land lifeless, colorless.
Earth Polluted by Its Very Own People

Earth is polluted by its very own people,
who have broken its laws,
Disrupted its order,
violated the sacred and eternal covenant.

Therefore a curse, like a cancer,
ravages the earth.
Its people pay the price of their sacrilege.
They dwindle away, dying out one by one.

The Message, Isaiah 24:4-6
