Birmingham-based new home builder Tower Homes has completed construction on a new residential development in Pelham.
The Huntley Park community features 37 newly constructed, single-family homes for lease and developers say it is the first built-for-rent development in Pelham.
Located at 101 Huntley Drive, the new development is in close proximity to Publix-anchored Pelham Towne Center.

Huntley Park was designed to reflect its sister property in Irondale, The Heights, and offers high for-lease homes in the area. Huntley Park was designed to offer more privacy and convenience than apartments and less maintenance than homeownership. The new development is managed by Fairin Realty, an affiliate of Tower Homes.
The built-for-rent community offers four different layouts including two- and three-bedroom units with 2.5-bathrooms that range from 1,229 to 1,437 square feet. Units consist of open floor plans, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, private driveways and mailboxes and garages. The community is also pet-friendly as each home offers a fenced-in backyard with doggy door and back patio.
Tower Homes has aggressively tackled the build-for-rent space over the past few years. The new home builder introduced its first build-to-rent community to the Birmingham submarket in 2020 with the development of The Cottages at Green Valley in Vestavia Hills. The company is also the developer of communities in the Oxmoor area including Oxmoor Grove and The Grand.
