Lincoln Residential names Camilla Harris as new CFO

Dallas-based multifamily operator Lincoln Residential has appointed Camilla Harris as its chief financial officer.

Harris has over two decades of finance experience across several industries. Most recently, she served as the chief accounting officer at Digital Realty and led a team of about 200 staff members across North America, Europe and Asia. She received her master’s degrees in both accounting and business admiration from the University of Texas at Dallas.

“The leadership team and I are thrilled to welcome Camilla to Lincoln Residential,” Lincoln Residential CEO Duncan Osborne said in a statement. “Camilla brings great perspective, energy and leadership, and I have no doubt she will make important contributions to the continued success of our company as we grow our property management business, support our clients and expand our development and investment programs.”

Founded in 1965, Lincoln Residential is one of the largest multifamily operators in the country and has over 4,500 employees. Harris’ appointment comes about a month after Canada-based Cadillac Fairview acquired the organization. Following the transition, Osborne succeeded Tim Byrne as CEO of Lincoln Residential, who has led the organization since 1984.

The business operates as a separate, independent company and isn’t affiliated with Lincoln Property Company’s commercial division.

“I am humbled and excited by the responsibility to lead Lincoln Residential on this new journey,” Osborne previously said. “Lincoln Residential’s client-first reputation and excellence in property management is a testament to the strength of our people and sets us up for a bright future. In partnership with senior leadership, we will develop a thoughtful, people-led strategy to support and grow our property management operations and our clients, while expanding our development and investment program to position us for long-term success.”
