Singer-songwriter Alan Jackson recently nabbed a new nest in Nashville, TN.
The country crooner laid out $3 million for the 6,003-square-foot, five-bedroom, 5.5-bath dwelling.
This newly built abode hit the market last spring for $3.7 million and received multiple price cuts before Jackson picked it up in January.
Previously, the musician owned a palatial property in nearby Franklin, TN. He put it on the market in 2020 for $23 million and reportedly sold it the following year for $19 million.
Modern mansion
Situated in the desirable enclave of West Meade, this modern manse is a study in neutral elegance. Large, bright rooms are adorned with simple, quiet shades that showcase the home’s lines.
A stunning kitchen offers a large island with seating plus glass-front cabinets and an adjoining scullery. Fourteen-foot ceilings grace the primary suite, which has space for a seating area and sports pretty views of the lush lawn. Meanwhile, the spa-style main bath includes a large soaking tub.
A home office, formal dining room, and a covered porch complete the layout.
Outside, there’s more than an acre for pets and kids to roam. A three-car garage completes the package.
Jackson is a prolific songwriter and recording artist who has released 21 studio albums. He’s a member of the Grand Ole Opry and the winner of two Grammys and 16 Country Music Awards.
