CHANDLER— The City of Chandler is proposing revisions to the city’s existing short-term rental ordinance to incorporate a recently enacted state law that allows cities to license short term rental properties and establish certain criteria for obtaining and maintaining licenses.
Before City Council considers adopting the proposed revisions, the city is asking the public to provide their input by filling out an online public comment form.
