Argentinian proptech Keyway launches to help Latino invest in US real estate – LatamList

Just one year after selling his startup for an undisclosed amount, Matías Recchia founded Keyway, an online platform focused on helping latinos invest in commercial real estate across 12 US states.
Keyway has facilitated over $100 million in transactions so far this year and aims to reach $1 billion in transactions in 2024.
To date, Keyway has raised over $40M, using the funds to grow its team of developers which builds the machine learning solutions to automate real estate research
Keyway is backed by firms such as: Camber Creek, Canvas Ventures, Parker 89, Thomvest, Montage Ventures, FJ Labs and Crosscut. The platform has a credit line of more than $100 million and recruited Jack Chandler, former global head of real estate at investment giant Blackrock.
