US: Synergy Global Housing (Synergy) has announced the addition of Phoenix, Arizona to its growing list of key US cities.
Located in the heart of Phoenix (referred to as The Valley) Synergy’s six new properties solidify the company’s presence in the Arizona market.
Three buildings — The Slate, The Hideaway and The Nines (pictured) — are accepting reservations for immediate short and long-term stays, with three more properties set to begin welcoming guests from January next year.
Debra Christopher president of Synergy said: “We are thrilled that Synergy now has a local presence in Phoenix, Arizona. This area is not only host to many corporate headquarters but is also a central hub for major sports and entertainment events including the 2023 Super Bowl, MLB Spring Training and the Barnett Auto Auction, just to name a few. As we build out our property portfolio, we go where client and guest demand align. With its resort style communities, Phoenix is perfect for business and leisure travellers alike who descend upon this active lifestyle city.”
Synergy recently added Washington DC, with a new team of on-the-ground associates, to its portfolio, and the company continues to enhance its offering throughout the US, EMEA and APAC regions, aligning with its goal to offer properties in key cities worldwide.
Founded in 1999, Synergy is an international serviced accommodation provider delivering a superior hospitality-driven extended stay experience to the business travel and mobility industries.
