Record mogul Antonio Marquis “L.A.” Reid has decided to relist his massive Bel Air mansion—this time with a reduced (but still quite spendy) price tag of $21.5 million.
The 11,246-square-foot home has been on and off the market since 2019, when the original list price was $22.9 million. Reid purchased the place in 2016 for just under $18 million and could still rake in a nice profit, if he gets anywhere near his ask of $1,912 per square foot.
According to Dirt, the Grammy Award-winning record producer, who has worked with everyone from Mariah Carey to Justin Bieber, dropped the property’s price to $21.9 million and put it back on the market last year.
Despite the discount, the home didn’t find a buyer and came off the market in December.
The gated, seven-bedroom, 10-bath manse is nestled in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Bel Air. After Reid purchased the property, which was built in 2014, he is said to have made his own improvements.

The spacious living room is surrounded by glass walls that open to a spectacular view of the nearby canyon.
Other main-floor highlights include a sleek, custom kitchen with an oversized island and natural-wood cabinets.
The private, one-acre property offers many spots to take in the breathtaking views. The primary level features enormous glass doors that open to a covered patio out back. Above, the second-floor terrace wraps most of the back of the house and overlooks the pool area.
Reid founded Hitco Entertainment and has won three Grammy Awards. In addition to writing a bestselling memoir, “Sing to Me,” he also appeared as a judge on the first two seasons of the reality show, “The X Factor.”
