Real estate leads innovator, BatchService, has bought a 44,000 square foot two-story office building in Tempe for its new headquarters. The purchase price for the nearly 40 year building was $8.8 million.
Founders of BatchService started as home flippers. With no procedure or platform in place, they created their own using their experience to design software to help professionals in residential real estate. They now provide an all-in-one prospecting platform for residential real estate investors, agents, and brokers.
The company has  250 employees across 20 countries. BatchService has been recognized as one of the best places to work in the United States for 2022 by Best Place to Work, an HR related group that honors companies who deliver an outstanding work experience with the highest standards in regards to working conditions.
The building was originally renovated in 2016. It’s currently being built out with additional offices, new paint, and flooring.
