After two decades on the NASCAR circuit, Kyle Busch is accustomed to life in the fast lane.
His ability to win big races has made him one of NASCAR’s highest-paid drivers, with an annual salary north of $10 million.
So it makes perfect sense that he plowed some of his career earnings into a luxurious home in Denver, NC. Now part of a new racing team in 2023, Busch is really ready to make some off-track changes, too.
He’s put the seven-bedroom, 15,003-square-foot mansion on the market for $12,995,000.
While the home’s interior spaces are undeniably lovely, the true highlight is the property’s serene views of Lake Norman. Set behind private gates in an upscale community, this residence is ready for a deep-pocketed buyer to race on in.

According to reports, Busch bought this palace in 2012 for $7.5 million—a record in the Charlotte area at the time.
If he snags the current asking price, he’ll make out like a king. And the lucky buyers will no doubt feel like royalty themselves as they admire the posh abode’s exceptional details and finishes.
The kitchen underwent an extensive, $1 million renovation and now includes two waterfall, marble islands; a sleek Dacor range; Miele appliances; and sensor-touch cabinets.
An elevator offers effortless access to the primary bedroom suite, where dual water closets, lakefront views from the bed, and a superglam bathroom await.
Outside, the grand amenities continue with a heated pool, swim-up bar, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, patio, fire pit, and boat lift. There’s even a strip of sandy beach at the lake’s edge.
The listing also includes a second living space, ideal for an au pair, mother-in-law, or overnight guests.
The striking estate’s interiors were featured on the reality show, “Racing Wives,” which ran for a single season in 2019.

Busch’s success on the racetrack is quite impressive—he’s ninth on the all-time NASCAR win list and currently has 63 Cup victories—the most of any driver currently at the wheel. He’s also the record holder for victories in both the NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.
