Meet Mosaik: the new "digital sidekick" for real estate agents – Yahoo Finance

Groundbreaking digital platform combines workflow management for agents, an elevated client-facing experience, and unparalleled analytics.
CHICAGO, March 9, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Today, Mosaik, a new real estate technology company, released its revolutionary software platform for residential real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. Designed with real estate’s most client-centric agents and teams in mind, Mosaik acts as a “digital sidekick” and operating platform, providing everything an agent needs once a lead becomes a client, and kicking in where traditional lead generation activities typically leave off.
Developed, tested, and refined over a three-year period, Mosaik’s platform comprises three key components: workflow management for agents, a client experience engine, and advanced analytics.
From collaborative search to transaction management, through closing and beyond, Mosaik’s workflow management for agents provides a cohesive platform and powerful functionality to help agents get to the closing table and keep clients engaged long-term. Each aspect is designed with unique and proprietary processes to supercharge agent workflows and significantly increase efficiency, including features like advanced algorithms that generate personalized property analyses.
Mosaik’s client experience engine comes with an integrated client interface for each step of the process, empowering agents to deliver highly personalized and elevated digital experiences to their clients, at scale. In addition, sophisticated retention mechanisms, such as personalized value alerts, allow agents to both delight their clients and create a powerful flywheel of repeat and referral business.
Through proprietary functionality and integrated client activity, Mosaik’s advanced analytics provide agents unprecedented depth and visibility into their business, market, and client behavioral patterns – ranging from custom reporting capabilities to predictive analytics that can identify things like pre-closing cold feet or listing opportunities within an agent’s sphere.
The components of the platform come together to provide agents and their clients with a digital experience that is powerful, comprehensive, and delightful – all with white glove onboarding and 24/7 support for all agents. Plans are available for individual agents, teams of all sizes, and brokerages.

The growing popularity of crispy chicken sandwiches has left restaurants chasing a relatively rare bird: small chickens. Restaurant companies, including KFC and Chick-fil-A Inc., have come to prize chickens that weigh about 4 pounds, a slimmer bird than the big-breasted varieties that have come to dominate the U.S. chicken industry. “What happened was the chicken sandwich…it just became much tougher for us to find that small bird,” said Dan Shapiro, chief executive of food-service chain Krispy Krunchy Foods.
New research takes a look at how generative A.I. will impact the U.S. labor market.
U.S. job openings dropped to their lowest level in nearly two years in February, suggesting that labor market conditions were finally easing, welcome news for the Federal Reserve as it considers whether to pause its interest rate hiking cycle. The decline in job openings occurred before the recent financial market turmoil, which led to tighter credit conditions and sparked fears of broad job losses in the economy. "This is another sign that the job market is cooling and is also a sign that we could see some downward pressure on wage demands and, thus, cooler inflation," said Jennifer Lee, a senior economist at BMO Capital Markets in Toronto.

The Virginia teacher who was shot by her 6-year-old student earlier this year filed a $40 million lawsuit against school district officials on Monday, saying administrators failed to take action despite repeated warnings that the boy had a gun. The lawsuit, filed in Newport News Circuit Court, said the school’s former assistant principal and other administrators ignored pleas from staff members to search the boy for a gun. China's State Administration for Market Regulation has asked the companies involved to make available in China products they sell in other countries in a bid to counter U.S. export controls on China, the report said, citing people close to the process.
NEW YORK (Reuters) -The U.S. government on Tuesday filed criminal charges accusing Charlie Javice, the founder of the now-shuttered college financial planning company Frank, of defrauding JPMorgan Chase & Co into buying the startup for $175 million in 2021. Javice, 31, was accused by the Department of Justice of repeatedly lying to the largest U.S. bank by claiming that Frank had lined up 4.25 million student customers when in fact she had data for only about 300,000. Prosecutors said that when JPMorgan asked for a list of names, Javice paid an unnamed data science professor $18,000 to concoct a sham list of names.
(Reuters) -Ford Motor Co posted a 10.1% rise in first-quarter U.S. auto sales on Tuesday, fueled by pent-up demand for electric vehicles, SUVs and trucks amid easing supply chain disruptions. "The U.S. new-vehicle market is showing signs of strength and is also being reshaped by higher prices and fewer subprime buyers," said Charlie Chesbrough, senior economist at Cox Automotive. Demand has been such that Ford last month said it was looking at ways to boost output of gasoline-powered and hybrid F-150 trucks at a Michigan factory as part of a broader plan to increase production of several models.
