A 13,114-square-foot home built on nine acres in north Scottsdale has listed for $20 million.
Frank Aazami of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing for the home at 10719 E. Rimrock Drive in Scottsdale.
The house, which is within walking distance of the Silverleaf clubhouse, is a second residence for the owners who live in Florida, Aazami said.
The home is within Horseshoe Canyon at Silverleaf, one of the most exclusive and luxurious areas where houses are less dense, he said.
“He’s open to selling it turnkey,” Aazami said. “He does have a golf membership. These golf memberships are like gold right now. They don’t have to wait five or six years to get it. They get to go to the front of the line.”
Built by Scottsdale-based Desert Star Construction in 2012, the home has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a four-car garage. It includes a 1,789-square-foot guest house.
The second level of the home has a breezeway that offers tremendous views of the surrounding vistas.

Aazami said the owners are selling to be closer to family members in Florida.
