Logistics Property Company Breaks Ground on First Project in Phoenix – Real Estate Weekly

Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC), a rapidly growing industrial real estate developer, investor, and manager in North America, has commenced construction on Palm Gateway Logistics Center, a 4-building logistics park located at NEC Sossaman & Pecos Road in Mesa, AZ and, the first project for LPC in the Phoenix area.

The 40-acre park is strategically located in the Pecos Advanced Manufacturing Zone and
adjacent to the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. The buildings range in size from 92,847 square feet to 289,203 square feet, allowing for a variety of tenant sizes ranging from 20,000 to 289,000 square feet.

“The Phoenix market continues to experience high demand for modern logistics space with a vacancy rate of 3.1 %,” stated Brad Cushard, Senior Vice President, Mountain Region for Logistics Property Company. “The location of our park, in the Southeast Valley, 2 miles from SR-202 full diamond interchange, and adjacent to the Mesa Gateway Airport is a big draw for tenants.”

The General Contractor for the project is Alcorn Construction. “We are proud to work with Logistics Property Company on the Palm Gateway Logistics Center in Mesa. Other partners on the project are architect, Ware Malcomb, and civil engineer, SWS.
