Adding to its multifamily properties in the Denver area, a Dayton-based real estate firm has purchased a Littleton community for $100 million, according to Jefferson County records.
Broadstone Olivine, located at 8012 W. Long Drive near the intersection of South Wadsworth Boulevard and West Bowles Avenue, is now under the ownership of The Connor Group.
The deal fortifies the holdings of The Connor Group, among the largest companies in the Miami Valley.
The purchase price was approximately $306,748 per unit. The seller is an LLC affiliated with Alliance Residential Company, whose headquarters are in Scottsdale, Arizona, which purchased the property in 2019 for $5 million, and the apartments were built in 2021, per records.
Designed by Santulan Architecture, the four-story community has 326 units, according to Santulan’s website.
Bob Lloyd, CEO at The Connor Group, said in a statement Littleton is “a highly sought-after destination within the Denver metro that provides residents with a community-driven environment and great schools.” With Broadstone Olivine’s amenities and floor plans, he thinks the community “will continue to be a highly desirable place to live.”
Amenities at the property include an outdoor pool, fitness center, coworking space, rooftop lounge, clubhouse and a golf putting green.
The Connor Group bought its first multifamily property in the Denver area in 2017 and now owns apartments in Lowry, Cherry Creek and the Denver Tech Center. The company also is active in Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee and Texas. The firm says it has 15,000 luxury apartments in 18 markets and $4.5 billion in assets.
The Connor Group, founded in 1992, currently owns and operates 42 luxury apartment communities in 17 markets across the country. The company closed more than $1 billion in transactions for the fourth consecutive year.
