Now that Chandler Parsons has profitably sold his resort-inspired Malibu compound — for around $4 million more than he paid for the place just three years ago — the former NBA player has picked up a modern farmhouse-style spread in ritzy Hidden Hills, a gated community where other residents include Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay and defensive tackle Aaron Donald, along with Nicki Minaj and several members of the Kardashian clan.
First listed for a speck under $15 million, records show the property went to Parsons for a substantially discounted $12.8 million. Custom-built last year by Ron Gonen of EGC Real Estate Group, the two-story home boasts five ensuite bedrooms and seven baths filtered throughout almost 11,000 square feet. Glitzy amenities include a media/game room boasting a wet bar and sliding window for outdoor service, piano nook topped by a floating staircase and light-filled office.

Parsons’ newly acquired residence sits on a flat parcel spanning over an acre of land, at the end of a gated driveway that empties out at an attached four-car garage tucked off to the side of the two-toned white and dark brown structure. From there, a walkway bordered by a manicured lawn leads up to the glassy front door, which opens into a soaring sky-lit foyer and open-concept living space adorned throughout with high wood-beam ceilings, wood and stone floors, designer lighting and sliding glass doors offering seamless indoor-outdoor environs.
Main-level highlights include a spacious family room anchored by a floor-to-ceiling fireplace flanked by built-in shelving, plus walls of glass spilling out to a covered patio that’s ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining with a built-in barbecue. There’s also a fireside living room, formal dining room sporting a glass-encased wine refrigerator and butler’s pantry, and gourmet kitchen outfitted with dual islands, top-tier Miele appliances and a breakfast area.
An upstairs master retreat comes complete with a separate fireside lounge area that flows out to a private balcony, showroom-style closets, and stone-clad bath equipped with dual vanities, a soaking tub and steam shower; and outdoors, the entertainment-ready backyard hosts an infinity-edge pool and spa, as well as a fire-pit lounge area, bocce ball court, and an open-air pavilion decked out with a fireplace, barbecue and pizza oven.
