Camelot Homes announced Oct. 13 the start of sales at their newest luxury community, Aura, located at the southeast corner of Shea Boulevard and 128th Street in Scottsdale.
Aura is a private, gated community with 12 single-story homes. The community features brand new designs from acclaimed architect The Woodley Group. Homeowners can choose from two thoughtfully designed floor plans.
The Vibe, priced from $1,789,900, includes 3,034 square feet with three bedrooms, three and a half baths and a three-car garage. The Essence, priced from $1,799,900, includes 3,228 square feet with three to four bedrooms, three and a half to four and a half baths and a three-car garage.

“The design of these homes is phenomenal,” Camelot Homes Managing Director Julie Hancock said in the release. “Dramatic great rooms open to indoor/outdoor spaces, and the sophisticated contemporary architecture is pure Camelot.”
Located in theShea corridor near the Mayo Clinic and BASIS school, Aura reflects the best in Scottsdale living, according to the press release.
“Though you won’t want to leave your home, when you do, you’ll be close to everything you love about Arizona,” Hancock said. “These homes truly enable our homeowners to live their best life.”
