While Mediterranean-style homes are the most valuable, mid-century style homes in Dallas are the fastest-selling architectural style, with an average time on the market of 31.19 days.

Five Star Painting, a residential and commercial painting service, analyzed 50 of America’s largest cities using Zillow’s listing. The data is measured by the average home price and the average number of days on Zillow, across the most popular architectural styles. The study was also collected by applying Zillow listing filters that included a home price cap of $1.5 million and single-family homes for sale to determine which were the most valuable and fastest selling.
