PulteGroup acquires 51 lots in St. Johns, aims to start construction in 2023

PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida Division purchased 51 lots in the Cordova Palms development in St Johns County, the national homebuilder announced Tuesday.

Pulte Homes is planning single-family homes ranging from 2,093 square feet to 3,266 square feet on 43-foot or 53-foot lots. The developer plans to open sales for the 51 homes this year, a press release said, with construction of model homes starting soon.

Cordova Palms is developed by Dream Finders Homes. The amenities will include a zero-entry pool, a covered pavilion, fitness center, playground, play lawn and a dog park, the release said.

“We are very excited to expand our brand to Cordova Palms and look forward to breaking ground on new homes soon,” PulteGroup Northeast Florida Division Vice President of Land Acquisition Justin Dudley said. “With its outstanding location, excellent local schools and recreation offerings combined with the value Pulte offers, we expect our homes at Cordova Palms will be very successful.”
