Mark-Taylor Residential welcomes TerraLane at Park McDowell in Phoenix into its management portfolio.
Owned by TerraLane Communities, these detached, luxury single-family homes present an elevated living experience for families seeking an up-and-coming suburban neighborhood, a press release stated.
With a heightened focus on technology, functionality and accessibility, TerraLane at Park McDowell’s one- and two-bedroom floor plans are designed to provide residents with space and privacy. Each rental home is equipped with fiber-optic internet and smart home technology, including thermostat control, keyless door entry, a doorbell camera and an alarm control panel.
“We are thrilled to offer our residents a simple, smart and secure lifestyle at TerraLane at Park McDowell,” said Kaycee Kisling, managing director of Multifamily Investments at Mark-Taylor Residential. “Recent upgrades, such as the installation of fiber-optic internet, has ensured the community has access to connection speeds not commonly available in the market and can withstand future technological advancements.”

Gourmet kitchens with quartz counters, stainless-steel sinks and sleek, modern finishes are among the in-home offerings, according to the release. Spacious living areas and private, turfed backyards provide a dedicated area for community members to unwind and host social gatherings.
As a pet-friendly community, select features were thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of both residents and their pets; each home has a dog door leading to the fenced-in backyard. Beyond the home, the community has Wi-Fi-enabled common areas, a heated pool and outdoor televisions.
Located at 2200 N. 95th Ave., this neighborhood is within a 10-minute drive of local, popular attractions such as Westgate, Tanger Outlets and State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals.
