Greater Manchester-Nashua Board of Realtors name Realtor of the … – Nashua Telegraph

Kristyn Nelson of Bedford has been selected as the REALTOR® of the Year from the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS.
Nelson started in Real Estate 10 years ago with BHHS Verani Realty. At year 9, Kristyn earned her Brokers License and opened up a Boutique Brokerage out of Bedford, NH, “Nelson Real Estate NH.” Kristyn is on the Board of Directors for the Manchester Police Athletic League, and she’s involved with Manchester West High School Blue Knights Foundation, The Hundred Club of New Hampshire, Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Feed NH and the Boys & Girls Club of Bedford.
After making the announcement, 2023 GMNBR President, May Balsama explained that the Board’s judges made their selection after considering the records of five contenders for the honor. The basis of judgement was the contribution of the REALTOR® to the betterment of community life, and her conduct of business reflecting the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®.
The Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS® plans to submit the name and record of their REALTOR® of the Year in the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® statewide competition for the sate REALTOR® Of The Year, where all Board ROTY’s are recognized at the awards ceremony in September.
